Ashdown Forest

Good evening!

How are we already in March... mad! 

I wanted to share some photos from our recent family weekend away to Ashdown forest back in February. We stayed in a beautiful cottage we found on Airbnb, with such beautiful characteristics! I particularly loved the bathroom and the kitchen sink was dreamy!

We'd have liked to have got out and explored the area a bit more but the weather wasn't on our side. Instead we had fun playing games and reading and spending time by the fire, out of the rain! We also explored Rudyard Kipling's house, which was really interesting. I love a visit to a National Trust property on a rainy day. James and I made us a very tasty breakfast, and of course we enjoyed a pub lunch out too.
