Into 2020.

Good evening!

I hope you've had a great start to 2020 so far. We've been enjoying some time at home ticking odd jobs off and getting ourselves ready to get back to work... it's going to be a tricky get up in the morning!

Looking into the new year I always like to write a list of things I want to achieve, so I thought I'd share them here to see how I get on!


  • Make more music - I want to get into a better routine of playing the piano and guitar at home. I enjoy playing but can become frustrated very quickly! 

  • Be healthy - Drink more water (I say the same thing EVERY year), eat healthy and exercise.

  • Expect God in the ordinary - I want to be more expectant of God moving in the everyday and seeing him work in ways I couldn't imagine. God is SO good.

  • Slow down and appreciate the little things - those that know me well we know that I'm very good at squeezing as much as I can into my days and ticking off all the jobs on my list. I'm  learning that it's ok if things don't get done! I want to enjoy the small moments and appreciate the little victories in the every day.

  • Keep Memory making- I really want to get back into blogging more (see my failed archive of posts in 2019...oops). I also love watching my old videos and photos on my insta feed, lets see more of this in 2020.
