Pumpkins Galore.
A couple of weekends ago we had a lovely day celebrating bonfire night and doing all things autumn.
We explored Slindon pumpkins to choose our own pumpkins, and as we went after halloween they were MUCH cheaper than we expected, so we ended up taking a crate load home with us and a couple of much bigger ones because they were free! I've yet to cook the big one yet, but we carved some of our smaller ones which you'll see at the end of the post.
Slindon was lovely to explore, we had some yummy treats from the little teashop in the town which sold fresh vegetables too!
After we carved our pumpkins and ate bonfire cupcakes (which turned out much better in the end to when I began decorating them!), we ate hot dogs and wrapped up warm to walk to Ditchling Beacon where we watched fireworks from a distance. No bonfire night is fit without sparklers and hot chocolate!

Just an fyi for you next time just put them in the oven! I dont fry anything anymore everything that is supposed to be fried gets baked and I actually like it better and its so much healthier for you...Just thought I would share that tip with you.....
